Britax Roemer Discovery Plus 2

The Discovery Plus 2 car seat is equipped with new IsoFix fasteners. The advantage of the new IsoFix fasteners is that they are fixed separately from each other. Installing a car seat has become even easier! There is a color indicator on the IsoFix mounts: red indicates that the seat is not secured; green indicates that the ISOFIX mounts are firmly connected to the car.

The Discovery Plus 2 has three-level child protection due to the design features of the chair: the sidewalls of the chair protect the child's body from head to hips, the upper and lower guides ensure the correct position of the seat belt, a padded headrest protects the child's head and neck, providing additional comfort. The new sidewall design does an excellent job of protecting against side impacts, and has also shown improved results in a head-on collision.

The adjustable tilt of the backrest of the child car seat allows you to adapt it to the angle of the car seat, so that the chair fits better to the seat, and your child takes a more comfortable position.

The headrest is designed specifically for grown-up children, it can be easily installed in the desired position. The design provides improved side impact protection and an increased viewing radius for the child. Convenient markings on the back of the headrest help parents to choose the right height.

The compact design allows you to install three car seats at once in the back seat of a variety of cars.

Sometimes the car is not very clean — liquid may spill or food may fall apart. Therefore, Britax Roemer has developed a cover made of high-quality fabrics that can be easily removed and washed in a washing machine.

The Discovery Plus 2 child car seat can be installed using the IsoFix mount. IsoFix ensures safe and reliable fixation of the child safety seat in the car, even when there is no child in it. The IsoFix fastening system shows maximum effectiveness in collisions when the child is additionally held by a 3-point standard seat belt.

The child car seat can also be secured only with a 3-point standard seat belt. This is very convenient if you will install the seat in cars that do not have IsoFix mounting points. Special seat belt guides on the car seat help to install it easily and correctly.
