Shipping and returns

Delivery

Your order will be processed and items shipped to you after the receipt of payment. In case when "Cash On Delivery" payment method is selected (Estonia only), your order will be processed on the same (if the order was placed before 11:00) or on the next working day.
Most of the orders within Estonia are delivered by Venipak courier service, but sometimes by other service provider.

• Strollers & prams

Delivery of baby strollers and travel systems within Estonia, Latvia is free*.
*In case order amount is greater than 140€.

Delivery time for each individual product can be found on corresponding product pages. Within Estonia, delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days, delivery time to Finland, Latvia, Lithuania is up to 6 working days. If for some reason we are unable to ship within given time frame, we will contact you via email or by phone.

• Other products

If your order amount is less than 140€, then shipping cost will be added: within Estonia 4€, internationally according to price-list of chosen shipping company.

Permanent discount (valid only in case, if order amount is greater than 140€ and order contains baby stroller or travel system; discount does not apply on products in "Findings" category).

• If you have an opportunity to pick up your order at our office in Tallinn, then we will give you a discount 15€ from order total.

Returns

According to regulations set by the Estonian Consumer Protection Board, you have right to return purchased goods within 14 days after the recieving of parcel.

• The returned items must be unused and its original package intact and undamaged.
• Shipping cost for returns shall be carried by the customer with following limits: for returns from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania we will deduct up to 15€, from Finland up to 50€

The Customer will receive a refund of returned items cost (excluding deduction for shipping) and initial delivery costs within 14 days of receipt of his/her return application.

To return purchased items, please send us an email to info@emamaailm.ee within 14 days of the date of the receipt of the goods.
